Shipping FAQ's

Q. How much does shipping cost?

A. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the products you've selected.

Q. How long does shipping usually take. 

A. Orders are processed within 6-8 business days of the order being placed.

Q. Can I upgrade my order for express shipping?

A. Due to the nature of our business, express shipping is not an option we provide.

Q. Why does it take 6-8 business day to ship my order?

A.We are a one person small Business, we wear many hats! We always try to ship as soon as we can, and always appreciate your patience!  

Q. Do you ship International?

A. Yes, we do!

Q. Will I have to pay Custom's Fee's?

A. International Customers are responsible for paying all customs, VAT and brokerage fees evaluated by your country. Each country evaluates customs fees differently, and we have no way to control this.

Q. Can you mark my order as a "gift"

A. No. We are required by law to mark the actual product price on the customs form. It is a Federal offense to falsify customs forms.

Q. Is my package insured?

A. If your order is valued over $100, it is insured. Which means if it gets lost or damaged in transit, we will file a claim with our local post office and replace or refund the order once the claim is processed.

Q. Can you ship discreetly?

A. Yes. Add it into the notes of your order and we will provide a different name for the return address. 

Q. What if my package says delivered but it has not been?

A. The best thing to do is to call your local post office and give them your tracking number. If they can not help, your package may have been misplaced by the post office. We unfortunately have no control over the package once it is shipped, and can not offer any refunds for lost or stolen packages.
