Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing your order or else your order can not be cancelled 
Q. Do you accept refund or returns?
A. Due to the nature of our business we do not accept refunds or returns. All Sales are final. Orders can be cancelled with in 12 hours of order placement
Q. What if there is a problem with my product?
A. If there is an issue with your product upon arrival please email us immediately with a brief description of your issue along with photos of the problem. We will do our best to take care of your order as promptly as possible.
Q. What if I put the wrong address for my order?
A. Little's In Lace is not responsible for confirming everyone's address. Please ensure all customer information is correct before placing your order. However, if this does happen, please contact us immediately with your correct address. We can not guarantee it will be changed in time of your order being shipped. Please ensure all customer information is correct at the time of placing your order

Q. Are all of your products hand-crafted?
A. Majority of our products are hand-crafted with love, care, and a strong attention to detail.
Q. What products are not hand-crafted?
A. Our clothing items such as Onesies, Bloomers, Socks, ect are not hand-crafted.
Q. Do you sell wholesale?
A. No
Q. I just missed your sale! can I still get the sale price?
A. All Sales are only valid during the stated sale hours. Discounts can not be applied to orders placed outside of the designated sale time.

Q. Do you sell to minors?
A. No. We have a strict 18 and up policy. NO EXCEPTIONS
Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?
A. We only charge California Sales Tax on orders shipped with in the state of California.
